Hi All

i need your help regarding my cousin's case.He is feb 13 applicant being sponsored by his canadian born wife.He has received email regarding the submission of urdu nikkah nama from London Visa office.He had already submitted the original urdu nikkah nama when he had filed his case but i think they have lost it.I need suggestion from members

1. what you guys recommend should he forward the original urdu nikka nama now again or just forward the attested photo copy of it along with attested english translation.

Did they mentioned Original? Cz if they need original one then they do mention it.

And the criminality is also in progress.
Does this means that our final background chk is going on or its done.

i have re medical+ add docs request, but my ecase is same i.e medical received. normal or it will change after they get my re medical and docs?
also after how many days medical people reply will checkup date? i emailed them last week on Wednesday and havnt heard since.

They must have asked copy of Origional Urdu Nikah nama and its translated copy, as they had asked me as well...! Kindly go through the contents of the email again.

Yeah its normal...! IOM usually reply With in 24 hours... If its not the weekend.. Checkout the email address of IOM again whether its correct

Yeah its normal...! IOM usually reply With in 24 hours... If its not the weekend.. Checkout the email address of IOM again whether its correct

If you are nikkah only they may or may not approve your application. If they wish you to do ruksati and send them photos etc as evidence then they will write you a letter indicating as such and they will give you 30, 45, or 60 days to get them those ruksati pics. You can always request for an extension if you require more time - they usually accept extension requests.

They never reject the application ... they only direct us what they want in order to continue to process our application.

well they usually ask for IMM008, Schedule-A and IMM5406, and Supplementary Information / Pakistan Questionnaire forms

Both the eligibility and security checks states : NOT STARTED
AND THE MEDICAL REQUEST IS STILL NOT
RECEIVED EITHER BY ME OR MY HUSBAND IN pak

Hey yup I got to know coz LVO sent me an email that my file is in interview queue

Hey I didn't get a remedical request yet. I just got a request for additional documents in Jan,2014.!

I dont have droving license so how much time will it take for me for start driving in Canada. Or to appear in test ?
Here inkarachi is there possiblities to make license without experience .it been 4 /5 years that i ever drove a car.

There is no point in getting a driving license now because you need at least 12 months of driving experience to be eligible for G2 license without waiting the mandatory 8-12 months after G1.

You will be wasting your money if you decide to appear for the test in KHI and you will be wasting a lot more of your money if you do decide to get it "some other way"

When you arrive in Canada, give your G1 [written test] wait 8-12 months and then give your G2 and then G.

Okk did you inquire about your status was it that they replied you are in interview or did they email you themselves informing you are in interview queue?
