I m a silent reader since a long time, wanna ask u something I received an email from LVO on 3rd June for additional documents and send them on 12th June through TCS.... Now I received another email on 17th July stated that Dear Applicant,

We are writing with regards to your family-class application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please be advised that, per our email of 03 June, in order for us to proceed with your application, we require the following items:

- Additional, supporting evidence/photographs for the Rukhsati ceremony. If this ceremony has not been completed, please provide an explanation why not, and details surrounding any arrangements that have been made. Please also confirm if you and your sponsor have lived together as husband and wife.

Please submit the requested documentation/information to us within 30 days. Please submit all the above documents to us at the same time, quoting your file number (shown in the subject line above) on all correspondence, including on the envelope.
Should you not respond within 30 days, your application will be assessed based on the information we have on file at that time, and may lead to a refusal of your application. Once the application is refused, you would be able to reapply, but you would be required to submit a new application and pay a new processing fee. The new application would be assessed according to the Canadian Immigration Act and Regulations in force at the time that the new application was received.

Now tell me Please what I have to do, should I send them again? My file already has all proofs of my rukhsati and honeymoon, each and everything I have provided regarding our relationship, what they people are doing with me... Why they r not sending me remedical request or PPR.....

My situation is not much different than yours. Application filed in August 2012.

My re-medical validity is also expiring in the second week of September 2014, still no sign of any correspondence; PPR 1 or otherwise. Not so recently I e-mailed LVO informing them about my re-medical expiry, still waiting for them to reply.

I think you should do as hubby chubby suggest you to.

Lets pray and hope for something positive.

Same here. Applied in june 2012. Remedical expiring in 1st week of september. I emailed them twice. Once in june where i made a general enquiry. Nd second time in july under the subject of urgent. No response as yet.

Just do whatever they are saying because they dont care which proofs or evidence you have attached when you filed your application. They sometime just want to double check with the proofs and information which we already sent them.

2nd if you have sent these documents already send them one more time and also you should attach the receipt which you got from your courier company with one page stating that you have sent the requested documents already and this receipt is the proof of that you have sent them and now your sending them again.

3rd May be they have lost some of your files pages or some pictures therefore they are asking again because if they have lost any of your documents they will never ever mention that they have lost them. They will just advise you to re send them those info.

I hv sent it 16 july via tcs, and its delivrd tday receivd signed by ramzan! Hv u sent it nd plz tel me who receivd it? Thankz

i have sent on friday so hopefully they will receive today do let me know update about when it comes back with visa inshAllah ill update you as well thanks

I think all husband cases are delay , wife cases are being done more quickly then husband cases.

I think you should re-send them all the package which you sent them before and also mentioned this thing. According to my idea they have lost or misplaced your documents. Its my view more you can ask to other members. Thanks

Many members predict it via ecas. When it changes to Decision Made it usually means your pp is coming back soon.

I sponsored my husband in July 2012 n got additional documents request in January 2014 since then still waiting for remedical n passport request.is there also any other July 2012 husband case in the same situation??
