Tell me what is that mean by open and in progress

Look for the notes section at the end. which will have review on genuineness of your marriage and other stuff.
Under paper file, look for Due Date, which will tell you when your file will be reviewed by an officer.

In my gcms notes in CSQ file# is empty but i have received my csq should i send them the copy of my wife,s CSQ ?

I am not a Quebec applicant, so i am not sure abt this CSQ thing. The only thing i can help you is understanding ur GCMS notes

I read all 14 pages of notes but i did not see my wife,s address(she is in pakistan). In all the address lines , there is only mine address (address of canada) . Is it normal?
