Via email...but I would think that since they receive email instantly they get the required information promptly. Its been 21 days for me already.. But in the email I received they said they will contact me in the next 6 weeks for the next stage of the visa issuance process and to not contact London or Islamabad during this time frame. What did your email say? If you have crossed the time limit then send an email to LVO and inquire about your visa status.

Mine says the same thing. and I am already on the 5th week. My spouse's re-med is expiring on oct 2014. so I think the don't see any rush to process

From what I have seen on the forum recently if your file is in London and you received the PPR request from them then they usually send PPR 2 before remed is expiring. Wait another week and then email them informing about the remed expiry date. You still have time though before it expires but I can understand your anxiousness :) These people are testing are patience to the nth limit.

My notes says Eligibilty=Passed, Medicals=Passed, Criminality=Not Started, Security=Blank
So not sure if they have started the backgound check or not

Congrats! Mine was requested on May 7th, 2014. I am still expecting to hear from them. However, there are ppl on this form who got it (PP2) within 10 days as well. So it all depends...
