Its been long time as being silent reader on this forum but i m very much connected to u all. well i have to know somthing about passport renewal, today i went to passport office so they told me bring ur marriage certificate and husbands CNIC if married, the question is My CNIC and passport till now is shown as i m single, kindly suggest me should i have to change my passport and CNIC as in my husbands name.

I got the opposite treatment. Ecas to in process but no ppr

You will need to get your cnic changed with "wife of..." instead of the current "daughter of..." and then get the new passport with married status. (take your nikah nama along)
Another benefit of getting this done now is when you are in Canada, Pakistani embassy requires your husband's name on your CNIC to issue SNICOP (smart nicop) to any kids born in Canada.

Acha i jave only pakistani passport to jo pakistani passport expire ho gae hain wo bhe btao kyo ke passport per old passport ka number to hota hai

hi you are not the only one...e case changed in process on 12 May no correspondence yet....

no he just have to mention the total number of passports u have right now...including the expired and new!

Yeah, every passport which is issue on ur name will be counted. not just Pakistani.
