I hope you are all well; I have been a member for a while but decided to take a break since I was starting to feel like mine was never gonna get done.

Anyway, I wanted to ask a quick and probably a redundant question. I have applied for my wife since Jan 2012, and after a very long wait; it seems its finally moving. I just checked on our profile and it shows the file is now "In Progress". I am assuming this is positive news, can anyone confirm that this means that our file is close to being done? My wife hasn't received anything yet but I am hopeful that she will soon Inshallah.

Please let me know if you have any questions; which might help answering this question.

"In Progress" can mean anything. My case has been "In Progress" for the past 41 Months. The only thing you can do is order the notes and be patient. May Allah Swt reunite all our spouses soon. Ameen.

Good sign, order notes if you want to know the details what is going on etc. If it is changed recently you may want to wait at least a week or so to get more info as to what the VO is doing.

Just pray that your file doesn't get stuck like mine. I know of only a few people who are waiting longer than me. One of them has been waiting for the past 44 Months.

yes we have already jumpped on CIC floor .. the most slipry floor....but me wese bh bohat bar gir jati ho specily in bazar shops have slipry floors ;D feel really embaresed last week i just fell
