Dear Bro and sis;
I have one urgent question

CHC-Islamabad asked my wife to refill forms. In Background Declaration Sch A. Form, they asked addresses she have lived since 18 years of age.
I would like to ask

1- After Rukhsati in August 2013 , we both lived in Pakistan for few weeks in my house in Pakistan. Does she need to put that address in forms? ( as it is only 2-3 weeks no Repcc is required). The address on her NIC is my address in Pakistan. As it got changed, when after Nikkah , she got her last name changed from Father to Husband( this is common practice in Pakistan). But she lived with her parents all time and that the address we used on forms and Repcc.

Please advise if that needs to put my address on forms?

I was worried as NIC has my address and now Rukhsati is also done they might go that far or I am just worrying unnecessary. On the other side, they did not queried why NIC has my address while we had Nikkah.

I am confused. Please help and advise based on your experiences.

Salam brother, you must put all addresses where she has lived In Sha Allah. Don't leave anything a mist as it may be your doom. So just add it for the safe sake In Sha Allah

So its pissible he can deport me

Salam Sister. I would contact CIC Immigration in Canada and make an appointment with them. After this you will know your position and perhaps they will help you find work and prpgrams to go back to school. You have not mentioned if you have any children. Leave that husband or he has left you and he is not worth the ground you walk on. In what part of Canada do you live? I pray all works out ok In Sha Allah

My ecas was changed from 'in process' to 'decision made' on 19 nov like Awano and in love with my hubby
They got their pps back with visa but i am still waiting..
Is this something one need to worry about if one doesn't get one's passport after the 4 working days of ecas being changed to 'decision made'?

sorry to hear abt u sis ...
according to cic old rule u r free to go anywhere as u hav pr card now
New rule is that u have to live 2 years with ur spouse otherwise u ll b deport
but it doesn't imply on u as u r 2011 case
but think twice before u guys reach a decision
and if he dnt want to live with u y he sponsor u that's sick of us
these kind of situation making immigration processes tough and more strict towards pakistanis
as u receive ur visa on 25 sep
and may b landed in oct
so its too early to tell cic that ur marriage is finish as soon as u reach there

Sister! my advice to you is that try to work out things with your hubby, it won't be easy but sometimes its necessary. Try to do compromises as its very easy to break these relations but it takes a life time to make relations.

As far as i know you are completely safe. Your hubby can't deport you at all. He even has a moral obligation of supporting you for 3 years.

Is process date will be change after medical with new process or it will be date of the first processing date?

u just landed a month back and ur already living with ur aunty instead of ur husband and u recived ur pr card at ur aunts place instead of ur husband's address ..was it already decided at the time of landing that u wont live at ur husband's address..and u posted that u wont live with ur husband the day u recive ur pr card that mean ur waiting for pr card to get divorce. and if ur husband has any issue he must have complaned CIC about his decision before u recive ur pr.

Exactly! If you see this person's previous posts u'll be able to see that it was a husband case! Wife was sponsoring her husband. So naturally the husband got the visa right ? How come the wife just got her PR card n now is afraid of being deported ???? ???
