First, many congratulations.
The question is confusing. Proof of citizenship of what? Canada? If she was born in Pakistan, you will have to sponsor her just like you are sponsoring your spouse. She does not automatically become a Canadian citizen.

If he is a first generation Canadian citizen he may be able to obtain certificate of citizenship for his daughter. Read this:

After April 2009, Canadian parents can only pass citizenship to their children born outside of Canada if at least one parent:

> was born in Canada
> is a naturalized Canadian citizen

The rules may also affect children adopted by Canadian parents outside Canada, depending on how the child obtained, or will obtain, citizenship.

They take around 10 business days to response. Our comments and feedback should help them to fix GAPS in immigration process specially for Pakistan

I was extremely disappointment they don't have any professionalism and organizational skills.

* It tooks 6 months to process remedial b/c it goes to New Delhi and results come back to Isl
* Online system is such a crappy tool which doesn't tell much information. The list will go on...

no they did not ask for remedical yet.

And i am really confused how to pay Right of Permanente residence Fee as on CIC website there is option of payment with in canada and for the rest, they ask us to contact VISA office or consulate.

I called canadian consulate

My Question: to Canadian consulate Karachi Pakistan about Right of Permanente residence Fee Confirmation

Answer: we don’t have any idea , we don’t deal in it, find information on internet.


On internet, yet i am not able to find clear information.

those who have been granted VISA please confrim , if the payment is made in canad online will it be accepted by CIC ISB

As I mentioned earlier my husband is in Canada with me on a visit visa with 6 month entry, he will be goin back in January. ISB requested repacc+remedical+supp forms on aug 2013 which we sent from Canada. e-case shows medical results have been received which means they got medical results. in the forms we mentioned that he is in Canada on visit visa. PPl have told me that he wont need to go back to pak to get visa because he already has entry to Canada so isb will just issue his landing papers and once we get them he will have to go to immigration office or to the boarder to fill his landing paper. I need to confirm this info with isb, can anyone plz tell me how I can get in touch with isb to get a quick answer from them?

ISB will not mail his COPR to Canada.
He will have to submit his passport to Islamabad for visa/copr issuance
