Sis even if they put u in 2yr temp. PR it's not a big deal you just to get ur ppr and pp back with visa. The only purpose of temp. PR is to See whether you are committed to live with your hubby or you married him for CA citizenship which I am sure is not true in your case. So don't worry.. Inshsllah good news coming to knock your door anytime soon. IA

Hello Folks,

Hope many of you have now received PPR & PP back.
My wife landed yesterday safely at YYZ me,
IMM took 20 min max , we were out rather quick, no issues at all.

hope you all are doin ok.

its soo good to see so many cases finally over...i know when i was waiting it seemed like a torture...a neva ending process...infact even when i was flyin to canada i cudnot believe tht it was real. i guess it was coz of the 2 yrs stress. but right now i m so happy and content with life. its just wonderful to be with my husband! I cant thank God enuf for all His blessings. I hope and pray He continues to bless us all

Seeing everyones timeline helps me keep going because I am was wondering why it was taking so long to get an answer back on my fingerprints! I submitted them the first time 2/11/2013 and got a rejection because they couldnt read them correctly. I used the paper that you print out on and that didnt work so well so this time I paid to have them done on the card and sent them back in on 3/12/2013. It only took them 2 & 1/2 weeks to reject them the first time and I haven't heard anything back yet on the second set of prints and its getting frustrating! :'( Its been 16 business days not counting the weekends so I would think I would hear something but on some of you it took 2 months I have read. I wonder what the time frame is really a true statement since I didnt really see anything recent.... anyone know? Prints done in US

Unfortunately I have to say that it will be very challenging for CHC-ISB to accept it as geniune relationship and not a marriage of conveniene, one member "Jania" is only two years older and they put her husband in interview que and still draging the case on and on for no apparent reason ......... the onus is on you to prove that the relationship is geniune and ongoing to gather as much proof and continue to feed the mouth of the devil (CHC-ISB) until they issue Re-medical ......... it also depends on your luck as well as to who picks up your file and it may all go easy and all the fears may just turn out to be hunky dory

Did you enquire through MP or CAIPS/GCMS ?

My wife is ReMedial on Nov 2012 and no update yet!

I applied in aug 2011. Does 2yr temp apply to me. If so do they give us work permit and study permit atleat lol?

It could be a sign that they have waived your interview because they do not issue re medical before interview

I applied in Oct 2011 and submitted rukhsati proofs in January 2013. I ordered GCSM notes in Feb 2013 (too early) and it said the file sent for review.

Under the Groups section, it says:

Type: PR-Temporary processing


Medical Expired Sept 2012
Its wife case

What does it mean? What should I expect next?

Please help
