By the grace of Almighty Allah I got my passport request...i got 2 Surprises today...1 my wife came from Canada and secondly got my PPR....thanks a lot from everyone..

Dear forum members I have been away from the forum because I got busy as I recently delivered baby boy I have a question I am planning to visit Pakistan I am on PR. I wanna know how long I can stay there? do you members have any knowledge about it or did you discuss it with your lawyers/consultants? plz waiting for responses anxiously.

Technically there is hell of a difference between Residency requirements of maintaining your PR and same for Sponsorship. Because legally residence for sponsorship does not mean "physical presence" in Canada. But those "Axx-Holes" in CIC are illiterate guys having none of legitimate legal knowledge. They love to refuse cases on pitty and stupid matters.
I personally got refused for staying 6 months in Pakistan after sponsoring my wife. It took me 4 extra months to prove that decision wrong in Law through Appeal.
So I would advise you not to stay over 2-3 months.

I today met the Hon. Prime Minister Steven Harper & had chit chat with Hon. Jason Kenney.
We discussed immigration, he has advised me that changes are coming to shorten the time
for spousal cases in ISB,

Changes will be implemented by end of year 2013 as per our conversation.

Atif does it specify what date it started processing?

Yes it shows the date of processing. they start process on 15th and they send me letter on 18 and i got it on 19.....
