Thank you for your reply. Following is the email i sent them when i applied for GCMS notes. and yes..i did send it to the address u mentioned.

Hi,

My name is ************* (client Id: xxxxxxxx). I want to retrieve information regarding the status of my wife's sponsorship application (************, file #: x xxxx xxxx x).

Please find attached the following:

1. Scan of IMM 5563 (Access to information and personal information request)
2. Scan of IMM 5475 (authority to release personal information to a designated individual - my wife has authorized me to retrieve information on her behalf)
3. written consent to release information
4. Scan of my Canadian passport
5. Scan of receipt showing that I have paid the $5 fee


Does this look ok? Also, I am going to meet my MP tomorrow. I'll ask him to contact CHC-ISL and find out about the status of my application. Is there anything else he can help me with? like approx time left?

Yea, please don't include your name and stuff, should be hidden.

You actually only need to include 1,2, and 5. But yea, that is good enough. Did you print the receipt and put in all your information? otherwise, I don't think there is any reason for them not to response.

I have ordered GCMS twice and in both times I got it within the month. Even if they can't find your information they should have replied regarding any errors...Yea it might be good to talk to MP in your case...the only eta they can give is based on the time frame on CIC's website. Which is like 26 months minus whatever time has already passed since the file was transferred to CHC-ISB.

Can anyone please tell me how long does it if CHC I already has pp but due my pregnancy I couldn't get my X-ray done!
Il get my X-ray done next week, how long wil it take to stamp my visa?
My pp is Wth CHC since August first!

Please help me with any info.

It depends on them. If they've already done the checks and are just waiting on the remed, it may be just a matter of a few weeks...maybe someone else has a better answer for you.

I want some info. They do security check after requesting the remedical + pp or before? Isn't remedial and ppr is the last step cuz my hubby was in Saudia Arabia and they asked for pcc from there n he can't get it n they ask him for medical and pp . KIA chc ab pcc ka kehen ge even I told them it's very hard to get pcc from Saudia huh plz let me know Plz

I think, from what we have gathered, just because they ask for PP with remed doesn't mean they have done all the checks. A lot of people who got remed+ppr have been waiting a few months for the return of their PP. So I think after they get remed & ppr they process the file and after about 3-4 months they stamp visa and send back your passport. At least that's the results we've been getting. So those who just did remed will wait 3-4 months, officer will make his/her decision and ask for passport to stamp.

I need some help/suggestions
Our nikkah was in may 2010 and rukhsati on feb 6th, 2011.we applied close to our rukhsati and got the AOR on feb 25th, 2011. RePcc we got in April 16, 2012. remedical we got it on May 17th, 2011.

I was living with him in Pakistan until the Repcc came and left pakistan on June 12th, 2012. Medical was completed by July 1st, 2012. After the remedical letter we have not heard anything back from high commission. I am not sure what to really do, I sent them my return proof with passport stamps and ticket with the repcc forms but at that time i did not have a job so i did not send a job letter.

I have a job now and i have got a job letter too. Do you guys suggest if I should send the job letter and some other proof voluntarily or should I wait for them to ask for it ?
Please suggest me something, if anyone has been in similar situation or any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Keep your partner happy in any possible ways (e.g call or/and money or/and gifts ...etc), but if she/he is not appreciated your effort and blame you for the CIC process, than you can’t do anything excep taking care of yourself and enjoy the time have right now…

Human been never get satisfy and it’s a fact, even if the process time was 6 months, there will be still complain…

Man unlike other men, I am the one who always wants to talk to her and always wants to communicate but shes busy. Man I am the one working! and shes busy lol. She is good too, she doesn't ask for money or anything, I have to send it myself and send gifts. Oh well, may Allah help us all :/
