we did our med in may 2011. if they applied new 15 months rule to our case, it wudve expired in aug 2012. not sure though

Hey guys, CHC send me letter on june for sending them my orignal nikah khat and fill some forms and send them back...they also send remedical papers on july. i did my remedical on july 18th 2012. in my ecas it shows medical result have been recived but it still dont show in process...can anyoone tell me is my case still in process or not? i didnt see the word process since my case started????????????????????

I VE A QUESTION, i GOT REMED REQUEST IN MAY, BUT AS I AM PREGNANT THE DR DINT DO MY X RAY..THE DR ALSO SAID THAT MY APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESS UNLESS I GET XRAY DONE.
ON 13JULY 2012..I RECEIVED REMED AND PASSPORT REQUEST THE SAME DAY FROM ISLAMABAD.

I SEND MY PP ON 24TH JULY AND I A LETTER FROM THE DR STATING THT I GOT MED DONE IN MAY 2012.
MY ECAS STATUS SHOWS IN PROCESS..

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME, Y DID THEY ASK FOR MY PP WHEN MY MED IS INCOMPLETE. AS I READ ON THIS FORUM THT BEING PREGNANT DOESNT SPEED UP THE PROCESS..


PLS HELP ME. DO U GUYS THINK THEY WILL ISSUE MY VISA??

My status is IN PROCESS from 6th June 2012 and still same....I don't know what they are doing...Hopefully We all will hear good news in coming days

THE DR DID MY MED EXCEPT FOR XRAY.. AND HE TOLD ME THT MY APPLICATION WONT BE PROCESSED UNLESS I GET XRAY DONE AFTER THE DELIVERY WHICH IS IN OCTOBER. ALSO I WAS IN CANADA, BUT NOT ON SPOUSE VISA.
I CAME FROM CANADA ON 21ST N SEND MY PP ON 23RD.


Y DID ISLAMABAD CHC CALL ME HERE IF THEY R NOT GONNA ISSUE MY VISA. AS MY MED IS INCOMPLETE..
WHT DO U THINK WIL HAPPEN??

First of all don't e-mail and fax them again and again...Just wait patiently and pray.You will get ur visa soon

Atif jan dont worry every thing is ok with ur case. If they have asked u for those papers and remedical then it means ur app is in process. E case Is not too much important. Some times they update and some times they dont update the ecase. My e case was first changed in process and then they send me letter for remed and some forms and re pcc. And still shows in process. There is not updated my remedical. That is strang with every people they do different ways. They r making us crazy.

An update on my status, thought i should share since some of you have inquired about my case in the past. Today, online status changed to "Decision Made". My wife's mailing address, however, hasn't changed yet which is fine by me as long as she gets her passport back

The end is near, i can now see the light at the end of this long and dark tunnel
