Can anyone tell me when they say it appears ready for issuance, what is taking them so looooooooooooooong now ????

Email them again and ask them about your case status. They should send you the passport back now as its over 90 days.

we are mailing them but can't get any reply...

2-3 months? Mine has been 5 months already. Is there any grain of decency left at CHC? ya unho na theka ley rakha ha sb ki zindagi barbad kernay ka?

Mere khayal se to theka le lya hai zindagian barbad karne ka, this is simply defined as torture !

Anybody know if pr visit spouse after applying, will effect negatively on spouse case?

I wont say negative, but in 99% cases they refuse.

Ecase is not showing my online status since monday. It says (we were not able to identify you using the information you provided).
How ever before it was working,but now not.
Any idea what to do ?

have u tried logging in with other credentials? I am using the file number that starts with F and it is working for me...maybe try the other ones and see if that works? I have no idea why all of a sudden its not working for you..

CHC is just killing me. they dont listen to us...they cant see screaming us......i did my remedical in july and still no ppr...after that i got PCC...send PCC 20 days before stil no reply....i can see lots of people cases are getting queue for interview. i hope we guys get out of this worst situation soon inshallah

dnt worry...my remedicl was done in febrary...n thy askd for pasport in october....n m dec 2010 case...n m still waiting...n we kn do nuthng....

This is a bit off topic but I have a question specifically for female sponsors who go to visit their husbands in pakistan during the application process - do your husbands take time off work the whole time you are visiting? If yes how long was your visit? if no how long did they take the time off if any? is it really that difficult to get time off in pakistan??

I just have another off topic question
how far do we have to go with writing Not Applicable on forms. I mean sponsorship questionnaire from the person being sponsored is the best example I can think of:
In question 11 they asked did you sponsor meet any of your close family or friends?
2 options:
Yes- give names
No - explain why
I obviously checked mark Yes and did my names and date. For the "No" option we have a few lines to give explanation, do they want us to write NA on those lines? or just leave it blank.
Because I have read somewhere that they return ur file if you dont have the NA right.

today i received my caips notes.

i am so so much upset.

they put my case in interview queue and purpose is eligibilty.....
one reason is i am old them my wife two years.

any one can tell me , when i will have my interview date.... and how much time i need more to wait.... what i should do now ,, i am so much upset... nothing like to eat,, see, wear,,, and do what the hell of this life. with me

thats strange, whats the status in ecase? medicals has been received?
I am about 5 years older than my wife.....so I hope & pray they dont jerk me arround....

they did ask for re medicals, updated PCC and and ongoing proof of relationship back in June/
July.

Hope you will get your interview quickly.

a BIG NO NO....you cant get medical done unless advised from CIC.

I have visited my wife a few times during the past 16 months (3 x). U dont think this will have any affect on your file...
if at all It can only be positive. ;D
