but for some weird reasons his educational documents and passport has Abedi on it, so we decided to change everything else..


every document is under Abedi except for our relationship proofs ..

It shouldn't be an issue at all, you can print all the proof as they are right now.

I was in the same situation, becuz ma husband name is MRN ( short form) n for his phone bill his last name was Shah which is way off since our last name is NABI, and he has that Pakistani green card so he has his phone bill under that name, but i wrote n explained to CHC that his friend n people in Pakistan kno him as R. Shah n that his phone bill is under that name n they dont relli bother with that cuz as long as u are communicating thats all that matters.

maybe ill just write a letter saying over there they don't really pay attention to spellings even though his passports and educational documents have Abedi on it, but he writes it by Abidi. something like that sounds okay?

It's Really really Painful process, Canadian immigration process lost our precious years of life been far away from our family, I wish that some one keep away the immigration officer from his/her family a week to know whats going on a people, Every country process is so fast but Canadian i dont know what they made from their country, i am speechless and getting more pain every moment made my life ruin didn't got any feedback since 10 months

yeah explain to them that the reason y his name is Abidi on proof of communication is because,.............. n if u want u can ignore like me n they dont mind it.

he is right its not realli a problem, the more u think bout it n the more u worry about then something will happen, be cool about it n let it go, something thats the best option.

in life the more u worry or care bout something u either never get it or u make it worse for ur self

its ok Trust in Allah swt and everything will be okay.

i wouldnt explain anything to them as may b they dont care abt spellings but if you mention they will be more concerned.
if you can reprint everything with correct name (i think that wont take too long and its better to reprint it and be satisfied with whatever you are sending them than to just send it with wrong spelling and think about it all the time if you did rite or not) that would be better... for skype or hotmail if you are not able to print old conversation with correct spelling then that shouldnt be a prb.....
now its upto your wish!

i was just comparing my case with other september 2011 cases but i know theres lots of 2009 amd 2010 ppl who r still waiting for rememdical ppr or interview date...

Don't worry sabii, as we know they do more checks in husband cases it may take some months extra, inshaAllah he'll be getting ppr soon
