After so much pain I will be seeing my wife finally and bringing her home.

I had posted earlier that its been over two months since I applied for GCMS notes and haven't heard anything yet!! Some of you told me email kamalpreet@gc.cic.ca...but that did not work either.
I also read on this forum that a MP can contact CHC-ISL on my behalf and ask them about the status of my file..is this correct? if so, can i go to any MP or MNA and give them my client number or file number and ask them to inquire about my case? how long does it take for chc-isl to reply to MP or MNA? is there a particular phone number/email add that they should use to contact CHC-ISL?
