Applied for wife sponsership in feb 2012.

Approved for sponsership/transfer to ISB may 2012.

Oct 2 2012, after contacting MP and CIC agents (some who lied to me).

I FOUND OUT MY FILE WAS NEVER TRANSFERED OUT OF MISSISAGUA

They just left it there and nobody knows why it wasn't transfered........

Would you please respond to my posting. My application process is not that far long but I would like to be ready and find an address in pakistan if that is required b CHC. thanks.

Would anyone please explain the PPR phase of the application from Afghanistan. As I undrestand it
1. You get a normal mail in your afghanistan address (post box address) asking for passport and an address in pakistan for return of documents and passport
2. You have to mail your passport from pakistan and provide them with a return address in pakistan
3. CHC-I will mail passport and returning documents to the address you provided them in pakistan.

Is this how it works please comment. Thanks

Fozi dont worry somtimes thet dosnt write the resulats in ur status . but already they received ur medical resulat iam sure about that

My MP e-mailed CHC-I nd they said they haven't received the results. I don't know wht is the cause of delay. It's really frustrating . don't understand y CHC-I doesn't inquire from New Delhi about it. alreaady 79 days passed

I have a question. My wife received Re-Medical and Passport request few days ago and on the first page they want her to fill out all the info about applicant and spouse and dependants. She is going to travelling alone from Pakistan to Canada so do we still need to fill out the section of spouse or we are just required to fill out the applicant section?

My wife totally gave up today on the phone. She said "I have no hopes for CIC-Islamabad anymore so i should move to another country so we can re-unite"

What a great job CIC-Islamabad is doing in regards to reunification of families.

Another thing which was upsetting me was that every case from all over Pakistan gets processed in Islamabad. Dont you guys think they should have multiple immigration offices in different provinces of the country? I mean Islamabad only for residents of Islamabad, Lahore only for residents of Lahore and vice versa. This sucks . .

I did nd Medical results were sent to New Delhi on July 25, 2012 n received in New Delhi on 27 July, 2012. CHC-I haven't received them yet

oh . one thing more if u passed the medical and the doctor gived to the receved . then u can send the receved to CHC islamabad . maybe that can helpe for u inshallah

that really sucks, InshAllah they will take this into account when they work on your file. That someone screwed up and its only right to expedite your case now.

Even I contemplate this. If I can get into a career I like, I would rather move to a Muslim country. Maybe Dubai or Saudi Arabia or something. I just need to get into a good career with decent $$.

Dear friend, i did my remedical on 18th july 2012 and last week they asked to send them PCC. i already send them PCC. so after this they will do background checks and security checks or my background checks are completed passed? plz let me know if anybody know about it...thanks

Lol! they did the same for my application. When we made an enquiry for MP, they replied that they never got PCC. We sent the MP the proof that we had sent that about 4 months ago. Later they said that they had gotton the required documents

Long story short, sometimes they are plain lazy to even bother to look into your application, and give such lame excuses for the delay.

ur only September 2011 case n ur giving up, buddi im a January 2011 case who is waiting longer
along wit Lonely sis and some other who are left from 2010

dont lose hope n give up that easy. ur only waiting for ppr, others are waiting longer jus to get remed, or ppr or even hear news from CHC..
