i guess the IOM had issues but see they sorted mine out within a week ... yours would be sorted too.. and they already have ur passport,.. just few more days... ask ur husband to start packing :d

INSHALLAH. i chcked out urs nd it's exact one week. Hopefully it will come soon NSHALLAh. I asked my husband but he says i won't pack untill i get visa. when ppr came nd he got some stuff nd ppl started asking "O U R GOING" nd still didn't get the visa. so he said not untill i gt the pp in my hands with visa. u know wht i mean

i know people are more curious than us .. everyone asks me daily.. finally i told them when i will get my visa you wont see me around .. and its better to be quite, there are a lot of jealous people around... and then our things get jinxed too.. so leave on Allah , all i know is waqt say pehlay kuch nahi hona... let the time come n strike the bell... there is the hidden benefit in everything.. by the way there was a protest in diplomatic enclave today, i thought they wont work today... again they have protest on friday because of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) movie.. so they are targeting the foreigners... i hope everyone is safe and nothing major happens, Allah forbids something goes wrong, it would be us who would suffer...

hi, i got my ppr today after 7 months of my file applied...
i have a question that there is documents which they send in which they written applicant, spouuse details...so kinly tell me what should i written on DEP 1 , DEP 2 etc.and should i sent that orginal one.

1 - We received your application to sponsor on December 6, 2010.

2 - We sent you a letter on January 18, 2011 about the decision on your application.and application sent to CHC, Islamabad .

3 - We received application for permanent residence on January 27, 2011.

4 - Medical results have been received.

Status is : " Application Received "

Next Still Waiting , No update No Mails.

Check out what they've done with me guys..

My passport is already with them for 4 weeks and my medical expires in 5 days. They haven't returned the passport instead yesterday I got a call from IOM islamabad saying that they have scheduled an appointment for me at IOM karachi. When I reached there today, IOM karachi had my name on the list but wouldn't let me in cuz I obviously didnt have my passport, neither do I have any communication from CHC in this regard. Anyway after 3 hours of trying to figure out what's going on, they just took another chest x-ray of mine saying that they have received a direct request from CHC for this.

I have no idea what the hell is going. They are obviously not going to send my passport back before the 25th now since the x-ray itself is going to take 4-5 working days to reach wherever its supposed to be going. And just the x-ray isn't going to extend my med, which means I would eventually be asked for re-med. if there was something wrong with my x-ray the first time around they should've said something last year when I got them done. why now, after all this time, after ppr, after pp has been with them for more than 4 weeks, after I've already quit my job and bought tickets for the 23rd of sep?

if IOM got direct request from CHC then the X-ray results will be sent to them asap via email i guess... and if everything goes well then you will get your PP back before your medical expires... CHC doesnt directly communicate with IOM for someones medical... so just pray and InshaALlah you will get VISA..Baqi Allah knows better

heh yep, take it from me.. don't do anything before the pp comes back with the visa..
