Is there a way to add my timeline to my profile?

Anyways, here it is: (Nikah only)
Application Filed: End of March, 2011
File Transferred: May 17, 2011 (according to e-case)
AOR Received: March 13, 2012

They only asked for supplementary forms in AOR, and did not ask for further proof of genuineness of the relationship. I'm assuming they are satisfied with my reason for not having rukhsati done, as my wife is studying to become a doctor. They only asked for the date of rukhsati and I told them that would be in January 2013 when she finishes her studies. Do you think there is any possibility of her getting a visa before then? Or, will they force the delay until rukhsati is done?

They will delay the visa issuance till you perform the rukhsati. I believe they will give you 30 - 45 days from the date of Rukhsati to submit pictures/proofs from the Rukhsati ceremony. Your file will reviewed again and then only a decision will be made whether your relationship is genuine or not. Your wife will then go through re-medical and passport request phases... all in all, it might take another three to six months from January.

Thanks to Arkansas2045 and Lonely without my Hubby for answering my questions. So I have written the letter and will be sending them the letter that shows the change of address for my wife and also supplementing it with a letter from doctor stating she is pregnant and when her due date is. My wife has gotten her Re-Med (has to go to Islamabad for it) and also PPR(Passport request). Though I believe it is overdue due to them sending it to the previous address which was incorrect. So my wife will be calling to make an appointment but just to get your opinions when she send her Passport for Visa how long does it usually take for her to recieve her passport stamped? I really want her to be in Canada prior to middle of October as I heard it takes 3 months to get OHIP from date of arrival or something like that and dont want to be paying a lot of money and really want my child born in Canada

Don't want to sound pessimistic here, but I don't think your wife will get her visa by October. Even if the physician clears her for X-ray examination, it will take any where from two to four months to get back the passport.

I think, and don't quote me on it , CHC will hold off on issuing visa to your wife till they receive all required medical paperwork, including X-ray results. If the physician makes an informed decision to skip X-ray procedure then your wife's medical paperwork will be considered incomplete and, as a result, CHC will not issue her the visa.

Never say never, though!

Thanks a lot dear Farhad jan, yeah i talked last night with my lawyer, he said tomorrow i will go and tell MP to send them email from both side and force them to do it quickly...i know they are really scare from MPs.lolzzzzzz

CHC is not scared of MPs' National Security and Immigration are two Government agencies where no MP has any power to bend the rules for 'ordinary citizens' or to push for expedient delivery of cases. Rules obviously don't apply to rich and mighty, so if you are not rich or have no political influence in Ottawa then your MP is as useful as a fart! (pardone my language
