My hubby received the letter today and CIC gave a list of things they want from us and in this list they highlighted 5 points.
1) supp forms
2) proof of contact emails, financial support reciepts, and telephone calls record
3) 15-20 nikah(wedding) and ruksati pix with names of people mentionned behind plus the function name.
4) when we plan to do the ruksati and if our case gets rejected what will our plans be
5) airline tickets and passport pages proofs if i visited my hubby in pk after i sent the application.
Now i already gave them nikah pix and some pix with my hubby without the names mentionned behind.
I can't give them ruksati pix because ours is only a nikah case.
I can't give them airline tickets coz i never visited my hubby after i sent my application
I don't know what to write about the plans about ruksati, I can just provide them with the first two things.
Now they have given us 30 days to provide all this info. and they say if the officer will be satisfied then our case will move forward to nxt step without the need of remed. However, if officer is not satisfied then our case will get delayed or refused and cic will have to contact us again for more info.
Now my university will be starting first of october due to strike in Quebec we will start one month late. Im not sure if i really have to go to pk and do the ruksati and provide them with proofs or we can just give them some random date in future for ruksati.
