Can some one tell me how to order GCMS notes?

GCM Notes

Fill out the two forms listed below; IMM5475E has to be filled out by your spouse in Pakistan (Ask him/her to fill it out, sign it, and then scan it back to you).

1 - Form name IMM5475E

You have to fill out IMM5563E.

Pay the fee online with your credit card, here: https://eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/epay/order.do?lob=6

CIC will e-mail you the payment confirmation receipt. You can save the receipt or print it.

Scan and attach both forms along with the payment receipt and e-mail the documents to
atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca with GCMS ORDER in your subject. In the body, just write your name, File number and email address.

Sponsorship applied: Feb 15, 2011
File transfer to Isl: April 1, 2011
Ecas changed to In-process: May 14, 2012
1st letter received of RPRF proof receipt (via pak post): May 24, 2012
2nd letter received of Re-med & PPR (via pak post): June 8, 2012
Medical done & Passport sent: June 28, 2012
Ecas updated medical result received: Aug 5, 2012
Ecas changed to Decision Made: Aug 15, 2012
Ecas updated Canadian Address: Aug 30, 2012
Passport back with visa (TCS): Aug 31, 2012 (visa issued date: Aug 13, 2012) Alhamulillah

Hi Folks,

just received my GCMS notes. And as expected, VO is not satisfied with rukhsati only. He/she has put my wife into interview que. Even though i have sent money transfer receipt and skype/phone bill etc. But stupid VO is not convinced.
Anyway now I am thinking to go and have rukhsati done. What do you guy think or suggest. I am taking 10 days off from work and will be spending 7 days in PAK. Do you think it will be sufficient?
Also I am wondering at this point if this will make any difference or not? Since her name has been already put into Interview que. I know in the past, people names were taken off the interview que but not sure if they still do that. So please give your input. Thanx

This is indeed sad news and I am very sorry to hear that. Your options are limited I would say. Even though there is no guarantee that CHC will exempt your wife from interview, nonetheless, I would still take the next flight available to Pakistan and perform Rukhsati/Valima as soon as possible and then submit the appropriate documentation (Rukhsati pictures, post-Rukhsati/Valima pictures, pictures of lunches/dinners) at your earliest convenience. You can also stage a "honeymoon" trip and submit lots of pictures from that trip too. The next batch of your proof(s) to the CHC must be solid because you really really want to put your best foot forward now... you don't have any other choice. If you have to take additional days off work, I say you do it. This matter is much more significant than the modern day slavery that we call "the job"!

Perhaps you can also talk to an immigration consultant to see if you can exercise other options to get your wife out of the interview queue?

Actually, My application process says "application recieved". However an CIC agent told me it was in process. Could he know better? even though my status hasn't changed?

First of all you are lucky that you can actually talk to an agent that can tell you the status
and secondly yes if an agent told you that your file was in process then it is in porcess dont mind wht application status sayz
