my nikah has done but my ruksati is not done yet...we are not living together ... i ialready mention in my appliction that our nikah has done on telephone..its a telephonic nikah..

we had plan ruksati in september 2012 like 12 september 2012..or any other dae..but suddden my wife got ill...
her doctor said she is medically unfit,,and she cannot travel to pakistan and made a medical letter for him...and also mention in this letter she cannot travel like 2 monthand more...

we have already planned ruksati that we will do in september 2012 INSHALLAH TALLAH..
i have got my aor and medical and then remedical again all things are done by me..now only ppr is not received still.we was waiting my ppr but they send me a letter that u should provide the proof of ur marriage and ruksati. than we had plan my wife came to pakistan and we will send them honeymoon pics and also other occassion pics...
i already send them the pictures of my nikah pics and my engagement pics in which my wife is with me..but in nikah pics my wife is not with me..

mean to say if we will not send pictures of marriage (ruksati honeymon)within 45 days...and also not done ruksati then?? we just send a medical letter which was given by doctor.. is it right??

they will refuse the case..??? or accept this paper??

i hope that your wife get well soon and soon you will be with her in canada...

and regarding the issue why you not asking your wife to contact with MP and riase the case with The MP i am sure that the MP will help her and write a letter to CHC and ask for sometimes.....

Salam Everyone,

Today i received Acknowledgement of Receipt of Application (AOR) and the letter is dated 15th Aug, 2012. In the letter several documentation listed from which one is highlighted, which they have asked to send back within 30 days of the date of the letter. They have asked to send Supplementary forms with that they have given download link. When i opened that link its supplementary information form. My question is do any one got the similar request? This is the only form i have to send CHC-Islamabad or there is some other document?

hi i got my AOR iin june 2012 with few documents request like suplementry form , re pcc and other additional proofs.
few documents in that list were which i already submitted when my husband submitted my file to cpc missisuaga like original education documents , original nikkah nama , marriage certificate etc. so i send them additional proofs like new bills, new pics and air ticket(because my husband visited again after submitted my Application and i got my AOR when he is with me in pakistan) so we have that type of proofs.
and make a checklist that what u already submitted and what things u submitting now and send that checklist with ur documents.

I think no one got ppr after eid.

I dont know what r they doing? Cuz before i heard that after remedical people was getting

ppr and e case updated within 23-30 days, but we r still waiting how ever we did remedical in july.

No bro i have not recieved AOR also, but when my file was sent to chc-i after some times i sent them an email and they replied and said that one of the immigration officer is working on my file.

This waiting is killing me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hv told everybody on eid parties that Mera visa lag gaya and still Collecting congrats msgs and phone calls
I did this Out of anger Bc If I didn't tell ppl will keep asking the same question over and over again and will ruin my eid .I keep on looking my ecase and it gives me hope .
