Okay brothers and sisters....really getting worried here...my wifes case switched to in progress 23 days ago now...no letter...no phone call...its still my Canadian address on E-CAS.

I really don't think they can have an objection as I can't provide more proof of our relationship than I have I think.

Either way would they not communicate by now? Would E-CAS be updated with first medical being recieved? Would they write in E-CAS that they have sent request for additional?

Knowing they can't do anything I called CIC today, useless french *****.

I emailed Islamabad 10 days ago, nothing.

I've ordered GCMS...any way to make it urgent? I know half us are in the same boat...I wish their was a way to explain to them why I need this urgently...its too much.

Anyone else here who had to wait more than 20 days for letter etc from Islamabad, perhaps someone in smaller city/town...? I had recently sent something from China to wife...got there in 10 days!

Bro at what stage does it go "in process"? Should it go after we receive the supp form request?

I've ordered GCMS...any way to make it urgent? I know half us are in the same boat...I wish their was a way to explain to them why I need this urgently...its too much.

I am afraid that there is no way to get GCMS notes urgently. I applied for it on June 21 and now just counting days besides checking spam emails in case of a miracle.

I just got info from a friend that his friend, a retired Canadian immigration officer, has been offered a 3 month contract in CHC-I due to heavy workload over there. I hope that his joining may give some good news to some of us.

hi guys,

I received my wife documents request at my lawyer office here on June 28, it was dated June 5 asking to submit in 30 days , already gone, so what every document are ready we are sending directly to ISB from Canada regarding Re- PCC my wife will send it as soon she will get it.

tell me if i need to send document directly from here, which courrier service will be good, Purolater, DHL/ FedEx.
need mailing address of ISB for courrier.
share me if any body got letter at the end of deadline date.?

Dont worry. My application went in process on 11th june and so far no news or letter from CHC. However on ECAS it shows my first medical received.

Can anyone please tell me, those cases which got rejected cuz the couple was staying together in pakistan (or where ever), does that rejection happen during step 1 (sponsor evaluation) or step 2 (applicant evaluation)?
