Yours case profile looks similar to mine but why some of us received request for medical report only. I applied in June 2011 for my wife and two kids and got CPC -M approval in August, 2011. I wrote any email to CHC-I in March for expediting of the case and got their reply " we will review in next few weeks" in April and got a request for additional forms ( Questionnaire and Supplementary Form) along with post wedding pics with children on 23rd May. The requested info/documents delivered to them on 31st May. My question from Khalifa and Sabii is regarding their medical request, did you not submit your medical report before?

Yes Jawad it was my husband's Pakistani address that started to show.. and then a day before we received the visa, the Canadian city and province appeared as well ...

Hi All,

I need a quick information. I was about to apply for GCMS notes for my wife, her file was transfered in Islamabad in last week of February, 2011. Now, she got re-medical letter. Earlier, I applied for GCMS notes about 2 months back and it helped me a lot, but I was not able to find bring forward date in them. If any one knows, where I can find bring forward date on GCMS notes.

Today, I will apply again for GCMS notes for a soft copy to be received by mail, but not sure if GCMS notes got bring forward date or not. I need advice, should I check both GCMS and CAIPS? Is there BFD information in CAIPS? Or can I receive CAIPS by mail too?

I am applying only to see the BFD of my wife's file. Your quick suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

How does this BF, bring forward date work?? So when an immigarion officer reviews a file or sends AOR , or requests documents. When does he come back to the file again, after how many months ??
