CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

I am kind of slow to get these things..lol
so there is my confusion.... Mississauga received my application on Aug 31 and they started processing it on Nov7 and decision made on Nov 7... so how come Mississa uga transferred my file before the decision.... It's like Islamabad received my file on same date as Mississauga received it.......

We received your application to sponsor "" on August 31, 2011.

We started processing your application on November 7, 2011.

We sent you a letter on November 7, 2011 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.



We received "" application for permanent residence on August 31, 2011.

CHC starts counting the days after they have ur file in hand which means ur a November 2011 case
n August does not count becuxz that was here in Canada.....

it all depends on which day n month n year CHC receives it and from that date n time they will count how long ur application has been wit them so im guess its you are in ur 7th month of in process or initial review... n no one from Nov 2011 has heard anything yet............... maybe u might get lucky n get ppr earlier or not....

Dear friends,

today i just check my status online, CIC update my mailing adress under permanent residence while it was not shown before.

What it means, does it means that they have started work on my application or its just a routine update.

Please comment.

I have a good news to shareeeeeee yayyyyyyyyyyy Allah ka shukar haiiiiiiiiii.. i heard something form CHC
just got a call from my husband...he got request today by mail to submit some additional forms MashaAllah.... i am not sure yet what forms they require as i havent seen the letter yet but i guess they required following forms:

IMM0008, Schedule A, IMM5406 and Supplementary forms....

i will need assistance once i get scanned copy of letter.
i am soooooooo excitedddddddddd

HI DSF thats very nice to hear that your Re med is done did they ask you to submit your passport ? or you are waiting for PPR request?

Do they send PPR through e-mail?
Please let me know if anyone in this forum receive such request via e-mail ..

The policy stated that the sponsored individual age of 18 or older must provide police certificate, but if the individual that will turn 18 during the application process time also must submit pc....

my wife recieved her medical letter today after 10 days by Pakistan post after Juma namaz at 1:30pm pst

issued date may 24 2012
sent out date may 28 2012
recieved date june 8 2012

know the dmp i have been trying toreach is either busy or not answering for the last two days
