Only from cases that have not paid the full fee of $1040, the suprise with that is couple months of delay

CIC REPLIED M ON APRIL THT CASE IS QUE FOR REVIEW BY IMMEGRATION OFFICER SINCE THEN THEY R QUITE.HV SEND THE 2WICE MAIL BUT NO REPLY FROM THEM NOR ANY AUTO REPLY.

HOW MUCH QUE TIME IS IT 2 WAIT NOW.PPL GET PPR AFTER 2-4 MONTH AFTER REMDICAL MINE IS TKING V LONG TIME.ANY SUGGESTION

Actually we had our re-medical done as its ure 1st medical u wont get status on e-case till cic hv ure decison make orelse when u will hv ure 2nd medical means re-medical then afterwads u will get ure e-cas status as "Medical Results hv been received " as i m copying from my e-case

i suppose i should stop stressing myself, we applied in august, and file was received in October.. so they aren't doing anything with my file before September right and ill have no updates, even though i sent them voluntary information..
there is this one case mahira, who applied exactly when i did and she has received her additional info and IMM forms and all that.. so i was just hoping for mine too.. but i suppose shes the lucky one .. and i have to wait.. does it really take 26 months or it can happen before too.. and how do we calculate these 26 months,, from the date applied or from the date transferred...

Ya most welcome but after all v r just here 2 help each other.Ya actually i had review some forms & it shows tht new cases from 2011 like ure's are getting visa much quicker than 2009-10 cases & if u r wife who been sponsored then your case could tk almost 15-18 months.So u can expect soon re-medical & other stuff.My advise whenever u got ure 1st medical expire e-mail them for re-medical so that they can send u re-medical request asap.

If your form is complete, it will not take 26 months, it will be done within 16 to 18 months and they are calculating from the day when it transferred to them so u will count from Transferred date.

When my medical was exp i e-mail cic i mean did case specific inq from www.cic.gc.ca & asked them 2 send me re-medical request as previous medical is expired then they send me reply tht file is que for reivew by immegration officer afterwards in between 20-25 days later i got re-medical request via tcs.So i would suggest 2 hv case specific inq asap for re-medical request.Soon u will get re-medical sooner is chance u will get PPR & Visa.

apni taraf say tou my forms are complete, what does incomplete form means.. i did whatever we were supposed to do, i mean filled the form, sent all the information, pictures, chats, documents,police clearance, medical and my husband paid the whole fees too... and then i have sent the voluntary information too , the pictures of our honeymoon, visa, tickets etc

what is case specific enquiry, man im too jahil to be true.. i just know how to check my status either by the UCI putting my husbands DOB or file number by putting my DOB and country
