My e-cas status never changed to in-process and today I have recieved a letter from CHC-Islamabad for the following:

Supplementary Forms
If you and your spouse have not consummated your marriage or had a ruksati celebration , please provide an explainationas to when you plan to consumate and what are your plansfor the marriage in the event you are refused a permanent resident visa -------- I NEED YOUR SUGGESTIONS ON THIS OBJECTION .. I HAVE ALREADY SENT VOLUTARY PROOOF OF WEDDING ON FEB 27 2012 RECIEVED BY NASIRRAT CHC...SHOULD I RE-SEND EVERYTHING OR THEY WILL ATTACH MY VOLUNTARY DOCUMENTS TO MY FILE ?

abhi tak koi bhi request nhi i hai kch bhi nhi aya me k pass pta nhi q karhe pta nhi kon jahil insan me ka case dekh rha hai usko tameez nhi zara bhi k q bilawaja delay karha q koi request nhi bhej rha hai blcl simple case phr b

Congratulations to all who good some sort of good news.

I don't have a good news to share with you guys, thanks to Pakistan post/TCS whoever lost the letter from the embassy. But InshaAllah the time will come very soon, Allah is the greatest.

Another question. Does my wife have to take the re-medical form with her or is it something doctor will have? She took the form first time with her.

Interesting question so heres the answer
Chain smoking is not an issue for medical
garda and charas stays in your urine for minimum one month
alcohol stays in your body for max 24 to 36 hours
what else do u need to know?

I sent in voluntary documents aswell which were received feb 21st but wern't attached to the file till march 6th, i guess i got really lucky because my file status changed to in process feb 27th...so i guess they got my documents while they were processing....which resulted in my husband getting a letter dated march 15th for remed and passport to be sent in within 15 days! And he got his med done an sent via tcs the passport today!!!

So i guess i just have to wait till we get it back now!!! Inshallah soon!!
