Everyone is free to express their ideas.I am not starting a fight.All the bros thinking tht Madaris are terrorsit camps are just following the media.I ve been in Canada since 21 years.I know how it feels to live without Ulemas and Madresshs.Today Islam
In pakistan is becuz of these Madresshs.Earthquakes, floods, killig or whtever terrorism act is going on, there are Azan voices comig from Masjids, there are 5 times salah in the mosques..Becu of who..????? Becuz of these Madresshs!!Me n u are very scared to go out and even pray in the masjids, but these Maulvis are the one who in every condition keep te Masjids going with very little salary.....If stdying hadeeth is terrorism,if stdying fiqh is terrorism, if leavig science and stdying in a madressh about ur own religon,about the life of our prophet and stdyng abt The Sahabas is terrorism then I AM A TERRORIST, I WILL LIVE AS A TERRORIST, AND I WILL DIE AS A TERRORIST.Studying ur own religin is terrorism??? I have been stdying in madrsseh since last 6 years..Inhave NEVER KILLED A NON MUSLIM, I have never swore at a non muslim, Madressh teaches me tht Canada is my country and I have to give every possible sacrifice To protect it.Media has always been against islam

To Wes or Danny, or any Sr. member who can help.

When we submitted my husband's application we sent in two PCC one for Afghanistan and one for Pakistan. He lives in Pakistan. he's been asked to submit repcc now. Do we need to submit two Police Clearance again for both countries or just one for Pakistan??

Only submit in specific what they asked for. If they asked PCC for only Pakistan then submit only for Pakistan. If they asked for Pak and Afg then submit both.

They would only ask for Pakistan PCC because you probably already submitted Afg PCC for the time your spouse was in Afg. If your spouse was out of Pakistan and/or lived in Afg during the process for over 6 months, then you have to submit rePCC for Afg as well. Otherwise, the original one submitted is fine and they would not ask for a rePCC from Afg.

My suggestion, carefully read the letter at least 5-6 times and then send them exactly what they want.

On CIC website there is a drop down menu called Form Quick Find. It has all the forms one might need. The IMM number and name of the form. Its right on top of the page.

When you find them, they will open up as PDF. You can save it on your desktop.

Thanks raptorsfan for your reply. It's much appreciated. I have received two letter one is AOR and the other letter where they are asking for IMM form to be redone. On the AOR letter they have asked for "Original police clearance certificates for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more in the last 10 years". And on the other letter they are asking for "Updated original police certificate from all districts and areas where you have resided more than 6 months after attaining the age of 18 years. It sound to me like they want two RePCC from Afgh and Pak but am not sure. What do guys think???
