We have a lawyer (DAShhh--------), he did not support for GCMS n denied to order himself...: @ so we applied by ourselves n thr wer 99% chances of not receiving any reply coz representative didn't do that...

There is a tracking number for gcms notes application that comes in email. sent them email with the tracking number to ask for the status.

Bro, the issue here is not loss of Gmcs notes. The issue is the lawyer. He is the prime representative. Which means he is the primary person that cic/chc will correspond too.

That's incorrect.. Any Canadian citizen or PR can request GCMS notes under Access to Information Act with the consent of the person whose file is being requested. Even you can request my notes with my consent if your are a Canadian.

I received a Re-medical request on August 27, 2013 by e-mail.

We submitted our application to CPC-M on November 20,2012.
Sponsorship approved and file transferred to CHC-Islamabad on December 24, 2012.

Thats good... but if u submitted ur app on 20th Nov thn ur med shdn't be expired till now.... Why thy asked for remedical???
