CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

hi friends.....

I have been an avid follower of this thread and believe me this has really encouraged me through these trying time making me feel that i m not alone ....... ;D, my time line goes as following ...Mine is a Husband case though my wife has been living with me for a year now as we just had a baby boy our first child ;D 27 December 2012

Application submitted 30 may 2011
SHC started processing on 15 july 2011
recieved remed request 06 Sept 2012
Remedical recieved 23 Sept 2012
rest still waiting ....


Now i have few questions ...
My Police clearance certificate had expired with the med but they only asked for re med.....is it normal??? had anybody experienced anything of this sort or should I send another PCC???
Now My status on e-case file online was recently i.e. 14 Feb 2013 changed to in process( a valentine Gift I suppose) from re medical received ... what does this mean?

i dont see any info or post re sponsorship. it does make me wonder if this person is genuinely here to get info or share info?

Hi friends
i want to know that CIC need my original documents so i want to know that when and where CIC will return my original documents and i will apply from south korea as i am living here with my Citizen wife pls reply for this.

our files are the same i mean my file is also in May 2011 n i got a repolice and re medical with some other docs in June 2012 and now i got a letter agian that they want me to send repolice certificate again i dont know why they asked me again for it cuz i did it in June i mean 7 months ago so now i try to contact them to ask them abut it but still didnt get any reply

It's normal don't send it, you might get it along with passport request.

You will receive all your documentation back when they issue u Canadian Visa or god forbid if your case is refused.

i am from south Korea national of Pakistan living with Citizen wife here i will apply from S. Korea now CIC need all original documents of our marriage and other so where and when i will get my all docs in korea or in Canada after getting PR.

Mansoor, I suggest you send them another PCC instead of trying to waste your time in contacting them, there must be a reason why they asked u Re-PCC just do it and send it. They take ages to respond so by the time you get a response they will receive ur documents
