Hiii all Wana ask as well as share one thing I have heard,in order to implement new immigration law....old cases are going to b closed till end of december 2012...mean all 2010 n 2011(earlier cases) ..... Anyone having any idea.. Or have heard da same. If it is so.....den big cheeeers to allll Get ur bags packed n get ready to fly sooon in sha Allah So counting starts like....GET,...SET......... in sha Allah ,in sha Allah

From where u see this law...ka dasi oshi no biya kho ba zamong mazee vee...but we heard nothing yet from them even december is really close...i pray this would b true and it happens to all of us.....may i know who told u this? or u read it frrom any website?

No bro i havent chcked my ecase..no use..as its always same.."received."
Ao zama kho masla jor shawayda...i m not getting my letters...i didnt get Letters ..which demanded Repcc,additional proofs etc....i sent docs wen i got response to mp frm.chc..
Secondly thy sent me remed request in septembr..again i didnt get dat..now i ve sent signed letter to chc ...waiting for response

when did they request additional document after re-medical ?

I don't think I properly adhered to their initial request and this is why they had to make the additional request. They called my wife asking for photo's & vcd of marriage...I guess they doubt the marriage? (maybe due to the lack of photo's & that no one is willing to give me them...OF MY OWN MARRIAGE, Isn't that funny?? who's in control here? lol)...

Anyways later on Sept 25 I received the letter (funny that my wife didn't)... asking for pictures, marriage vcd (NOT DVD!! for some reason DVD's are forbidden in the palace of CHC) and some additional communication proof & financial proof.

So I put the stuff together and sent it to my wife, my wife forwarded it to CHC, she informed me last night that CHC already received the docs. So I will wait a few days and order GCMS notes and see whats the difference now that the due date has passed for all the checks (Security, 2nd Medical, Criminal etc.)

how do you know if it is with the decision making officer? is there somewhere on the GCMS notes that I can check this?
