Okay.. Are you writing your info when you email them i.e. Name, DOB, File # along with your husbands info ? They don't reply to emails if this info is missing. Also, try emailing them in their working hours for a quicker reply.

Hey MAB how about filling & sending all requested forms on your own and providing latest PCC alongwith?...... as long as forms are concerned i can repost the list again.....You can always explain them in cover letter that you got email but never received the request letter in mail. What you say? han! Wes, danny, dodge, Kaamia, mahmed and all others what you guys say about this?

Yeah MAB, you should get the PCC made and fill out the forms. If they still don't email you the request by next week, then send the PCC and Supp forms with a cover letter and the email to save time.

I already suggested that a while ago see below:

Alright, have you tried calling them? Give them a call and see if they behave a little better. Also, if you are sponsor, then try emailing them from applicant's email address or vice versa. They tend to ignore emails if people send more than two emails a month from same email address.

As I said before, this is a request to provide updated PCC and IMM forms see below. If they don't get back to you, goto CIC website and just fill out the forms and get a new PCC and send it to them:

1 - Updated RePCC
2 - Application for PR
3 - Background Declaration
4 - Additional Family Information
5 - Supplementary Information Form - http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/pakistan/assets/pdfs/PakistaniNationals-Form-en.pdf
