CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

The forms were recently updated (July 18) and may be that's the reason they're requesting those to be re-filled. If someone sent their forms before the cut-off date and their file was reviewed recently, on their BFD, they'll most likely receive a re-request to fill forms.

Just my thoughts though, anything can happen at CHC-I.

It could be one of the reasons but still people who have appied 1.5 yr ago or earlier deserve to get their processes finished by now specially the ones who received remedical requests already. Its just business and another way to make money out of people I tell you.

Help needed..

I have sublittd my passport for the visa... Now the problem is i have a newborn daughter and i have to to apply for her citizenship card and birth certificate...But to apply for the passport i have to show them a valid ticket .. Now my question is of what date should i purchase the ticket since the passport they are going to issue will be a limited validity passport .....Since i have no idea when will my passport will come back from ChC..So i can't make a decision

Now the problem is i have a newborn daughter and i have to to apply for her citizenship card and birth certificate...But to apply for the passport i have to show them a valid ticket .. i was so mad i did call them idiots and told them they should be proud of them self for coming first in having one the longest wait time for a spousal app....i also told them they needed a better way to money than i BOLDed the word idiots

i understand tht the form got updated but they have been working on my app for 19 months now and just out of the blue they rememebered they need imm8 from us what were the they doing all this tyme...... this is what make people hate their own country

Noausheen I suggest you don't get that mad! I don't think it will help your case! If they want they might even slow it even more by finding little errors and minding them. Appeal process takes 2 years! Just be patient you are getting closer to the finish line soon inshaAllah!

Sis you dont need to buy the tickets .... Reservation Copy is goood enough to provide as a proof . Just choose a random date of 2 months away and book the flight with your name and your daughter name and send them a copy of that . I did the same and they apprved it and sent the passport of my daughter . My wife got her visa after 3 months of getting my daughter`s canadian passport
