I don't think so, because afghani applicants have to go through the same embassy so same procedure applies...

Jan, 2010: RPRF Required
Feb, 2010: Reply of RPRF.
31, Jan, 2011: IMM forms & re-PCC.
11, March, 2011: Reply of IMM forms & re-PCC.
27, May, 2001: re-med with ppr.

Mubarakan!!!! Sadi timeline v same hain, our AOR is september 2009 as well inshAllah I hope we also get PPR. un shuru kar deyo tayarian hon thoda time reh gaya jaldi canada pohanch jao ge inshAlah
