Update from my side.

Alhamadallah I have landed in Canada. I dared to walk into Embassy and met with the Immigration Officer of my file. He was shocked that I did not get my COPR. He cancelled and reissued my visa and offered me Tea and Sandwitch as well.

At Toronto Airport I asked this question to Immigration officer "If I did not have COPR would you let me in" and his response was

Depends on Immigration Officer, I could have printed it out here and someone els would have deported you back home.

At ISB Airport they only asked if I had landing document. NO one bother checking it.

You went to the embassy without an appointment? I thought you had to make an appointment and then if they allow it they give you the time and date to enter.

You are right, you cant go there without appointment. The security guard took my passport which had immigrant visa inside and then they made me wait for 30 minutes outside and then they took me to Immigration Officer who dealt with my file. Initially the Immigration Officer was showing cold behavior but afterwards he socialized and helped me on the spot

They let you in because you already had a visa stamped on your passport otherwise they would definitely refuse your entrance unless
you have or had a Canadian passport.

I went many times with my Canadian passport without an appointment and they let me in.

15-20 years back it was so easy to visit the embassy, people were really kind and generous there.

Times are changing and I hope that things get back to how they used to be.

I don't think they lost the medical results, even if they did a copy of the re-medical can be obtained from the IOM where the tests were done, the IOM always keep copies of the tests and medicals on file.

ND is taking too long to send them our results, like what the heck are they doing for the past 4-5 months!

March is almost ending, I have great hope and pray that 2010 members waiting will get their passports along side my husbands passport before
end of March 2013 IN SHA ALLAH IN SHA ALLAH IN SHA ALLAH IN SHA ALLAH!!!!!!

Members keep praying perhaps one our prayers will be granted at the earliest.

Gora bahadur who was very skeptical then he went through my educational documents which were returned in the package and appeared to be impressed and became friendly, whatever worked, I saved myself six months of pain and suffering because they could not print another COPR for the same visa and had to cancel it and issue new one just to create COPR

no sis don't worry they have not misplaced the medical like Jaania said copies can be obtained from IOM, IOM keep the record of each and everything.
It is just ND which is slow in processing medical unless it is not marked Urgent.

You seen the numbers posted well take the last #'s nd enter them on the website www.tcs.pk
enter all number like 23009852861 and onward #'s until it shows invalid number then you know there are no more numbers from TCS. Sometimes it doesn't show sender or receiver why I don't know. but just try a couple and you will know how it works and never put more than 8 ok.
