my mp told me at nov 10 file is in background check and contact again if you did not hear anything with in 3 month....

canadianbear is your Mp write the same or write that "your file should be completed before Feb2013"

i just contact again and waiting what they told....

I ordered GCMS Notes, in there it said something happened in October with our/wife's file and correspondence said send PHEP letter. I got the notes in Jan and my wife didn't receive anything or PPR between Oct-Jan. So then i contacted the MP again in mid Jan that can you please give a status update as its been 4 months since we last chatted and no PPR yet. 26th from AOR is next month (Feb) as he said feb 2013. After he got status, he said its in queue to be reviewed with the officer. Rest is history. Waiting on PP return. Within next 10 days IA.

yes it is a nikah-only case and ruksati has been expecting on 1st week of march 2013. Nikah-only cases take time, i recently came to know!
How much time it usually takes to get CAIPS notes after ordering them?

Do the Ruksati asap and send proof asap. They take a while to be added to you file (1-3 months). You do not want to be in the interview queue.

It takes 1 month from the date you get an email received confirmation from Ottawa. I applied Dec 6th 2012. Got email Jan 7th 2013 with notes attached. 1 month is pretty consistant with others and once before when i requested.

Dear Forum members,As i said before my Case is queue to be review by decision making officer. my wife is coming after 4 days here inshallah.Is it a good idea if i only send her ticket and her passport boundry exit and entry (Not other relationship proofs like pics,phone calls, skype)
so will they process the case or not? my wife will b here for 1 and half month, is it a good idea to tell them i wish to go back with her, it is already 21 months and i still didnt get ppr?

I just received all paper from my Wife today and will going to send the application very soon.

But I have a little issue, the pictures she sent (PP size) I just checked and measure them and the size from Chin to Crown is not between 25 to 30 mm but 35 mm (full size is ok 35mm x 45mm) Those photographs in Pakistan don't know anything :S this piss me off, Is this ok to send like this ? or I risk to get all my file back because of this ? Has anyone had this issue before ? did you guys check this Chin to Crown size ?

Also some of the forms my wife signed and dated it in blue (all other info filled is printed in black) Will this cause any problem ?

Here is an example for some toghest questions:
Did you get married so you can go to canada. if the answer is yes then you may be told that it means you married just to get to canada.
If your answer is no that you didn't marry to go to canada then you may be told that it means you don't care to go to canada!!! In that case what would be your reaction be if you are not given the visa to canada.

Where does ur wife stay?? u can easily get the required size pictures from Jimmy's Studio in Karachi
