hi its my first time coming to this forum, my wife has told me about it before n i am using her account to ask anyone a question...

as u know that i got the same AOR request the second time in June n we have complete that request which i send to CHC in first week of July, anyone has any idea of how long it will take for me to get Remed +ppr ?

its 19 months of process for us now

I believe you are referring to forms that CHC sends. In my case they have already sent me the re-med and ppr without even receiving those forms.

If that is the case in general then you should receive the request soon.

Just order the GCMS notes, that should help.

Fill out these two forms; One has to be filled out by your spouse in Pakistan (Ask them to scan and email it to you after they fill it out and sign it).

1 - Form name IMM5475E

IMM5475 needs to be filled out by the person who is being sponsored. IMM5563 needs to be filled out by the sponsor.

Pay the fee online and select Access to Information and pay with your credit card. You will have to register with them, just provide your email and confirm password; its that easy !!!

You can save the receipt or print it. They will email you a copy on your email address as well.

Scan and attach both forms along with the payment receipt and send it to atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca with GCMS ORDER in your subject. In the body, just write your name, File number and email address

It has been more than one year for 2011 case..

Order GCMS notes and see what's going on.. 8) 8) Refer to few posts above to find out how, if you already have not done it.

Alhamdolillah; my wife has received her medical and PPR today (posted by embassy on 31 Jul).. ;D ;D ;D ;D

Now she has to go to Lahore to do medical, probably without X-Ray. We need to find out if needed, they will do the x-ray after delivery.

Another question will be if they can do x-ray without original ppr, because we will be sending the ppr to CHC-I.

Keeping fingers crossed for all of this and let's see what doctor has to say. Lagta hai yeh sabh kuch ab to delivery ke baad hi hoga..

Allah ka fazal hua ke yeh sare papers mang lie hein CHC walon ne.. Ab to bas waiting game hai.. 8) 8)

why is it taking almost 6 months to recieve the passport back for you?
did you try contacting them? did they even receive it or whats happening? its a bit weird? no ???

Sallaamalaikum welcome to the forum My hubby also filled those forms end of may and send June first week no response so far it should take 2 or max 3 months for response or remed+ppr i believe inshallah
