Best thing about CHC-I is that they do not want to be predictable.. scavengers can appear any time and in any shape or form..

I paid the rprf at the beginning. I sent all the required documents ages ago. Im just waiting on PPR. What the fuck is taking so long? Are they sleeping? Are they watching the EuroCup? Are they smoking pot? I am so close to just writing Jason Kenney an email full of curse words. No sentences, no punctuation, just a bunch of cussing. Asshole.

I checked, it still says in process, nothing new, since they start processing on the case on 10th August 2010, till now it is written in process,
I think we will not trust on e-case, they not updating every ones.

My medical was received there on March 3rd, so your PPR would be coming soon, your medical was almost one month later than mine, so expect your PPR first week of next month inshallah

I spoke to some people from New Delhi thread and they stated that the way it works in New Delhi is that PPR is sent out right after File Transfer. Then all the background check and security checks are done. This is done to shorten the timeline. Some peoples passport has been in CHC-ND since Feb 2012.

In Islamabad its different, the security and background checks are done before PPR. In our case, I really don't know. Maybe another background check. Who knows.

I contacted my mp about how the 2011 cases are finishing before 2010 and i broke down crying and she said that there is no way that they are doing this and she wants proof of these cases because if that is true then the embacy would be in big trouble because that is against policy/law. but how do i prove to her that these 2011 cases are real and finishing faster so my lawyer hopefully will be able to find a way but i dont know what to do im about to snap like this is rediculous waiting 2 years for them to just make a decison and the mp says its because of all the cases backlog bull s***t they are just criminals taking our money and ruining our life. If I find away to prove they are finishing cases for 2011 instead of 2010 there going down

Hello All,

I've been reading comments on this forum from members who applied 2009, 2010, 2011 etc. and we are all PISSED...understandably. I'm hoping we all married our spouses with full knowledge of the hurdles of immigration and maybe some understanding of the sacrifices but no one can truly know until well into the process. We all have our complaints, some with the amount of time, some with the process but I think all of us can agree that the lack of communication is a big issue. I know a few others who went through same for India or China and I don't think the process is that bad there...meaning CHC-I has a problem with communication in particular. You can fax or email which is a hit or miss, can't call the call center as they deal with Canada cases only and ATIP takes a month! Of course I'm saying what we all know.

Some of us have individually complained or went to our MP or signed petitions, all with good intentions but I think its time that if not for our own good, the good of future applicants at least...we do something more effective. I'm not even decided yet on what...but something formal and proper...something that would get noticed...I want Canadians to hear our story. Because lets be honest...what does the average Canadian think? Well nothing, who cares about this...how many of us gave a damn before our own husbands and wives were stuck in this system? But even if a Canadian thinks...they think oh immigrants! Their lucky...come here quick and all comforts. I want to tell how difficult it is, the emotional impact, the toll on our relationships and that we pay for all this! This isn't welfare or anything....we paid over a thousand dollars...and would pay way more if it meant faster and more humane service. So I ask some of you come up with bold ideas and perhaps PM me....I don't want another petition but rather want to tell the story to Canadians...maybe we can tell the story of 10-20 of us? Maybe an open letter to all MP's? Maybe contact the media...but has to be as a group...coast to coast and we need to make us more than a number.

So please let me know through PM if you can do more than a bit of ranting...it will take time, we all have jobs etc. but I want to put together something that will work.

In your case its RPRF. In my case, I paid RPRF in the very beginning. Me and my wife did travel to Turkey for a week, maybe they are doing background checks about that trip. Who knows.

July is the next quarter. Inshallah we will get visa in July. We should keep our hopes high and keep praying.

This is bu**sh*t.. How can an individual prove it. We can only give them forum list. Then it is up to the MPs to find out, they have means to do that. Ask them to get the list of all cases, when was the file received and when other processes took palace. They can do it, not us.
