Do we have to submit Original nikkah nama and it's English translation with our package to ottawa?
We need to submit both, right?
I don't remember if we submitted both or only english one?

i got the point this is my hubby second marriage he divorced her gori wife 6 yrs ago
but he attached divorce papers and everthing origianl with sponser application this thing can b the reason of delay ???nothing is hidden every thing is quite clear in papers isb walon ko is baat ki takleef ho gai hy .to interview kelye bullain na pir ;ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :'( :'(

Yes you got the point now. They call for interview for almost all people having second marriage so its very very normal. Even every thing is clear but they still call for interview in this type of cases.

Does it has to do a lot if there is a second marriage? or the age?

Yes I got a call from embassy two weeks ago. They might call me for interview and in Karachi but not sure. It only effect time required for processing. Do your wife has any working history or travel history ??

In my Case i just Added a Cover Letter by mentioning the Documents and its Explanation...And put the File # as Subject and Reference of my File.

my update was the same... so there is two of us with same thing....

decision made is from missiuaga but whenur file goes in process it will show upon UCI too

It Requires Sponsor Last Name or Applicant's to check status with File #.

I have the same status changed....its a wife case passport submittd on 5th march.....oct 2010k--aor....remed was done in feb 2012.... Ppr--march 2012.....


Passport still nt bk yet .....its been 2 months almst
n wts dis status change is all about????

when did ur status change?? mine changed only couple of days ago.... remed and passport was sent in on march 16th
