Since you can see from my post how long it took me to get an interview letter.
They advised my file is in inetrview Q on 10 July 2010.and nov 24-2011 received letter for interview.but between was asked to send some forum and pcc+post wedding picture and stuff.i hope it will help.

QUESTION: HOW LONG DO YOU WAIT IN THE INTERVIEW QUEUE BEFORE WE GET AN INTERVIEW.

It took resham about 15 months(since august 2010) bloomingflower (since October 2010) about 13 months after being informed that an in person interview will be required. Coolperson (since May 2010) and got it scheduled after 5 months.

I think the interview depends on the availability of the visa officer who has to do your interview.

Yeah there was coolperson as well in interview queue and he got it within 5 months.

Informed about for an in-person interview : May 22nd-2011
Interview date confirmed on : September 13th-2011
Interview date : October 6th-2011

Well just to let u know Jo pare likhai hote hain woh kabhi apna naam gola gee nahe rakte .......plus kabhi kabhi loge ziyada par Kai bhi jahil Kai jahil he rate hain........jasa kai(pare likhe jahil).

News Release – CIC Goes Paperless

Ottawa, November 25, 2011 — Citizenship and Immigration Canada will make the application process easier while saving $4.2 million over the next three years, by moving more of its business online, Minister Jason Kenney announced today.

This change will simplify the application process and make it more accessible to applicants. On line services allow people to apply whenever and wherever they want, with online tools to help navigate the immigration process and fill out forms. As part of the move to online services, beginning December 1, 2011, CIC will no longer print and mail out forms and application kits. If application forms cannot be completed and submitted electronically, applicants can print the forms themselves from the CIC website.

Service for people with special needs will continue. Braille and large format text forms will still be available.

This will save Canadian taxpayers $4.2 million over three years.

This will also enable CIC to free up resources in some parts of the organization and put them to better use elsewhere while still maintaining a high degree of service.

In constantly trying to find ways to do business better and with less cost, CIC is fulfilling its responsibility of properly managing taxpayers’ dollars.

Humaumair's husband was done in 7 months, it also depends on when the medical expires...

Saif smarty havent seen him from long tym he did his re-medical on june 18 N havent heard anything from his side...........Tuco use to come on this forum but he is a silent reader now bz ....... As u can c whts going on this forum ..... Lol y u still awake ??? .
