Well, if the parent/ g-parent meets the specified conditions, and buy insurance as will, will they be entitled to work ( if they wish and are able ) during the period of super visa ?
Do the dependent children of the parents are eligible for this super visa?

They will not even get their Social Security number, leave alone ability to work .......... these are just visitor visas with extended stay upto two years but tougher requirement than a visitor visa because for so called blooody supervisa, you have to pass the medical examination in your home country because Private health insurance does not cover pre-existing medical conditions ...... and also they have to prove stronger ties to their home countries (which was not the case for parents few years ago) to make sure that they will return to where they belong and wont stay at our frozen land which only wakes up during summer ..... we are true north pole and foolish enough we are proud of it ........although the term true north suggests an inhabitable area of mother earth (have to call it mother because the topic is parental super diaper visa) .......... also now onward only well settled people will enjoy this privilege to invite their parents ........so if you are an average joe blow ....... hide into blanket and invite mom and dad on skype ......... just the way we invite spouses here ........... ...... anyways ......... and it is only for the parents whose applications are currently under review ....... not for those newbies who want to sponsor ...... nothing for them other than Moratorium and no Super Duper or Diaper Visaftpr said:
