meray case ko 42 month ka aik "abnormal" time guzr gya hai.. background cheks by clear tha january mai ,, aby ye 4th month hai usky completion ko but PPR ky koi call nhy aye .. kia karna chahiyee ..kia embassy ko likhun ? lawyer ko canada mai kal call ky or kaha k kindly case ab ksy tarah finalize kra do or do .. but us say 2 bar bat hoye hai or mai usky more than half fee pay kar chuka hu ..wo bas ghuma k bat baky fee pay lata hai or kam pay bas yehy kahta hai k agr fee pay karo to successfull conclusion ky traf case jaye ga .... is int he blackmailing me guys ??? what to do if i want to leave this lawyer here ..can he do something bad with my file ? coz now case is at the end in embassy and i know lawyer has nothing to do with processing speed etc ... AP PLZ BEST MASHWARA DAIN COZ IM SO UPSET ... PLZZ

Just so you know I appplied for CAIPS on 21Mar, and received on 4th May...

Yes most people did, but my wife's was expired in Jan, we received rePCC and IMM forms in Feb and till yet no remedical..

jab medical exam baar baar kerwa sakte hain tou forms bhi fill kerwa sakte hain..

take it postively...its one step ahead in your case processing

??? its almost a month now and your husband hasn't received it! Allah karey mil jaaey aap ko but you should still send them an email..letting them know that you haven't received anything in the mail.

now.... have asked for caips not recived yet ,no more mp's sitting so where can i contact ..!! wrote to mnister and got answer that its in final review queue but i dont knw when next news will come .in my process cic,isbd speed is very slow and legthy.
*what to do ,shud i write and ask to embasy for update ? lawyer is nt doing anything and im thinkin to cancel him ...very up set .

LOL yes you are right I was young when I moved to Canada. However, I did my 9th in Pak and I never had an experience of working there, but I have been to Pak 4 times since I moved to Canada and I have a pretty good idea about how things run back home
