To be on safe side, wait until your wife lands here and then do the complain this might help Pakistani community in future. Let them do what ever investigation they are doing and act as a victim of corruption; as you have already suffered. Canadian Immigration (JK) purposely assigned incompetent and corrupt staff at CHC-ISB and I think this must be a gora there who is involved in this, local staff is not involved in decision making at CHC-ISB. This is all my personal opinion get suggestions from others as well. good luck..

The immigration officer called me today and he gave me a great news thank God

Pakistan ambassy contacted the immigration officer the one from the airport and told him to send my wife to the ambassy in person and give her passport for visa and they are paying for plane and travel cost to get to Islamabad.

Allah saved me I was on a crack down and close to suacide..

Thanks pakivette for the info the immigration officer sent my wifes file number to the audit team. Inshallah this will shake the place down..

Last question: should I call the investigator to cancel or keep going with the investigation because the officer told me they already notified them..

OMG this fraud story is so scarrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy....how can this stuff slip past the decision making officer????????? Doesn't the decision making officer finalize the case??

does the medical expire 6months or 1year? my wifeys medical was done in November 2010.
chc isb received my application march 4, should i be expecting any letter or anything from chc isb or are they just gonna keep processing ?
wat is CAIPS ?
wat is AOR ?

AoR mean acknowledgment of receipt and CAIPS mean 'Computer Assisted Immigration Processing System' so AOR when CHC send you an acknowledgment that they received your application and CAIPS when you want to do inquiry about your status of case after 12 months if you didnt get any news from them

What i dont get any help????

Medical expires after 1 year from the date it was done. So if you hear nothing before November 2011 your wife will need to do re-medical which is the case in more than 90% of the cases processed in Islamabad. You won't receive any letter from CHC this early on in the process. Usually after 7-9 months they MIGHT request some documents which are missing on the file or something else but mostly they are not sending out requests unless they need to ask for something. Every case is different.
