Write the change of address notice and write applicant telephone numbers and both or your emails, and then fax it to them. they dont accept it through email so it will be useless sending it through email.

Well, We found out from our MP's office a week ago that the visa for our step-daughter was issued. We had made numerous inquiries, but did not get any answers ourselves. They told us the visa would be sent to Santo Domingo last week. I booked my husband on a plane for April 5 to April 12 to return with his daughter. Her medical expires April 18th. Which means the Visa should as well.

My husband called last Friday and yesterday to the embassy in Santo Domingo and there was no Visa. I told him to go in today and speak to someone in person. He did and he received the ViSA today with an expiry of April 11 which is this Saturday!!!! I am livid! Jose asked why it was the 11th to the man behind the counter. He had no answer for him, but was quick to remind him that if he didn't fly her out on Saturday we would be starting this process over again!

If it wasn't for our MP two weeks ago making the inquiry's we would never have made plans for my husband to get to DR and we wouldn't have known the visa had been issued. Yesterday the website, finally changed to decision made. If we had waited for immigration to call, our little girl would have missed her day. We would still be waiting and her visa would have expired Saturday.

Shame on them! Shame on them for not having the courtesy and the consideration to a 4yr old child. I will be making a formal complaint and making a complaint under the human rights act. This is absolutely non-sense. Luckily I was able to find one flight out of Punta Cana this Thursday. We will be together as a family in two days.

This is my second time through this and this is the second time I have felt the standard of treatment different than any other agency. I am a gov't employee and would never treat anyone like they have treated my family or you!

A lesson to everybody to take control of your destiny. Order the CAIPS. Have your MP's make phone calls. If we continue to allow them to control us they will continue to do whatever they feel like!

It is indeed an eye opener to all those who have done their medicals! My advice is - once u have done medical test, u must constantly follow up by ordering CAIPS notes because the medicals expires in 6 months

thx for asking and concerning.knaeem bhai knows details of my case .i will nt go in detail but explains a lil tht may be u knw somthing and can tell tht in how much time ppr can come in my case .

* i got married in canada and have a baby boy canadian citizen. my wife and me applied for pr together (we both had no pr,we filed together and i came on wife's application as family,came to pk for process), when i came my wife's file was complete .there was only need to processing of my file at isbd office.case started in nov,07.mediclas done march,09 and background cheks took so long nd completed in this jan,2011. well, if they becoem satisfy then they allow u and start processing rite ?? so if they have given me rite of processing and hav approved me for pr process and got everything ,got medicals ,securtiy and backgrounds cleared ..then my question is wats delaying on my file then by chc isbd..?? all others get their ppr in a or 2 mnths after background is done but this is end of april and i hav no news yet .i notice that for all others they give responce if they want any new info or somthing they send request letter in a or 2 mnths ...coz cases started in end of november r completed and mine started 07 and still in delay ..they ask me a new thing in every june or july "mean once a year"..imagine wats my feeling and i have wife,son in canada who r alone hav no family .having hardest time without me for this almost 4 yrs now. im waiting for caips now nd wil se wats problem and if there is any note on my file ,i really want to knw now...coz mai is behuda intezar or in k bakwas so called proces say bury tarah mutasir hun or ab to ye meray bachay pay bhy asar kr rha hai jo k meray bina waha 5 yrs ka ho gya hai or school mai bhy chup rehta hai ,wat will u do if someone does with ur kid like this ??? just imagine my situation... ab sab complete hai bass ppr ana chahye , minster ko likha tha us nay reply kia k queue mai hai file final review k lye but yar ye review hona kab hai yehy nhy pta ab january mai background clear ho chuka ...or dekho april ka end hai or aby wo keh rha hai k review krna hai final ...yar kab krna hai review ,konsy century mai or kia proces hai ye ...agr itna hy msla hai inko to htam kr dena chaye inhai na k istra tang krain or har sal badd ek naya document mang letay hai ... u tel me kia ilfaz istemal kru in k liye , izat kru inky jo mera ghar khrab kr rhay hain or mera career say khel rhay hain ..????? ye sabr hy hai jo ab tk kr rha hu ,ab koi kehta hai na k sabr kro to yar kis ko sabr kehtay hai or kb tak ... ??? come on man . bass ALLAH hy koi rasta bna day . they asked for my husbands remed in march 2011.. n then end of march they asked for his pcc from united states of america since my husband has also previously lived in america as well.. n those guys r taking 6 week for the pcc.. we r still waiting for that now.. CHC keeps extending the proces.. they keep asking documents i dunno they dun wanna finalize the case they just wanmna drag it.. n its so unfair with the kids.. i have 2 kids.. my daughter goes to school n she asks me y dones't my daddy come here.. n i don't have eny answer to that .. i have wrote couple of requet letters to CHC explaining the situation .. i dunno its about time that they realize that ..

je sis, dekh lo bas kia kr saktay hain ,i hav done best i could and kept sending their requirements.when i left canada my son was jus one yr old and now hes 5 and wil be 6 in comin nov. he stays quite in schol and teacher always tell to her mom.i call him and talk to him and he learnet talking without me and i missed his innocent yrs when i wanted to teach him walk ,speak,read and could hug and kiss him (as hes my blood and sweety pie).he said few days ago on skype tht dady y r not u here with me ,u always say tht u wil be with me soon..then his mom told him dady is waitin for his papers and my son said dady if u dont hav papers u can use mine and then he showed his school copy ...which made me laugh and then so sad and my wife was weeping tht we are far and had missed precious 4 yrs while nt together. my wife is so nice,works and takes cares our kid alone.she has his bro and his father but not coprative ,so she lives alone waiting ths process to be done so we can c eachothr once again.

You are very right here Khan sister....we should treat or wife with love and care.. I too somtimes get upset.. but cant stay upset with my wife more than 10 minutes... even if it is her fault or mine...
