i need help....is there is anyway that chc isb can find out when u travel to pakistan....especially when they have sponsor's passport copy.
my mother in law had a stroke last night....she is admit in hospital....i think i should go to pakistan because she is quite serious...and doctors are nt giving us any kind of assurance.the only apprehension i have is that if chc isb comes to knw; they might delay my husband's case.as someone called from embassy on 5 april asked about my whereabouts.

Sorry to hear that yes they can track ur traveling, but still u can go to visit its not a problem there is no harm in it and by ur time line it seems u will soon rcv the PPR request.

Salam guys,

I have a simple question if anyone can answer, it's greatly appreciated.
In the IMM0008 form, it asks "DETAILS OF FAMILY MEMBERS", does my wife fill in all of her brothers and sisters and mother's details? OR is this only for children / partners / spouse..

Your family members are your spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and your dependent children
(start with the oldest). You must include all of your family members (who are not already permanent
residents of Canada or Canadian citizens), whether they intend to immigrate with you or not. Any other
relative (your mother, father, sister or brother, for instance) is not considered a family member for the
purpose of this application. If you have more than three family members, attach a separate sheet of paper
with the same information provided in the same order.

no, your wife cant fill her brothers sisters n parents information in ths form IMM0008, only she can fill these details in additional family information form. and your wife can fill the children details if it is applicable. any thng other let me knw.......

You can go PK no problem, visiting mother's is is more important than the CHC delay. Plus call on April 5th to know where you are is not an issue, your spouse didnt hide or faked anything it was right answer that you are in Canada but today is April 23rd things can be change suddenly with time iss ka ye matlib nahi ke ub hume CHC se ijazat leni pare. My Foot.
