Wes bhai, I am APRIL 2010 AOR after yours and I had received the RE-PCC and other forms request in FEB 2011.
My husband send all the forms back MAR 2, 2011 and now waiting for our RE-MED our MED expired DEC 2010.
I got the same email reply from ISB CHC as yours word for word LOL ... all generic BS!!
When you get your RE-MED I will get mines soon after INSHALLAH, please let me know when you get yours so I can prepare for some good news too! Take care

Relationships that are not eligible
You cannot be sponsored as a spouse, a common-law partner or a conjugal partner if:

•your sponsor immigrated to Canada and, at the time they applied for permanent residence, you were a family member who should have been examined to see if you met immigration requirements, but you were not examined




I guess the key word in it to understand is NOT EXAMINED, if your wife and kids were indicated on your file, passport number and copies were provided, medically examined, it does not apply on you since you provided all the information, make sure they dont come to know that you are back to Pakistan because they will send you a letter than you no longer meet sponsorship criteria being a permanent resident.

oh yes i m tht unlucky aug 2009 aor....N STILL NOTHING ...

don't worry I am september 2009 AOR and allhumdulillah just this month and last month they have done something on our file. I had NO MOVEMENT on my file since April 2010 until updated PCC and imm forms in March and now remed request in April so don't worry INSHALLAH you will also get remed and PPR I think they are probably waiting for your background checks to be done.
