After all the sad news yesterday at least there was one PPR which my family friend received. I mentioned her time line earlier.

So true rejecting a case on Saudi PCC is not at all correct, they are not following their own policies
It is mentioned on their website that saudi authorities doesn't issue PCC to former residents and stupid prick closed his eyes and rejected the case.
She will win the appeal for sure but its waste of time money and stressful.

yaar i was made to ponder about some member on this forum who claimed yesterday that he got a rejection letter saying that the marriage seems NOT genuine....cuz it was nikkah only,

even when he had submitted proofs of rukhsati and walima!!!!

Is is possible?? that they never received his docs that he submitted???

Yes I know. But if the person kept a copy of all the material they sent to CHC-I, then it shouldnt be a problem cuz then they could resend it. Also, TCS receipts should be kept and attached to show ke dekh lo, bheja tha pehley bhi!

Too much hassle and compulsive stress Inki govt change hogi, dekh lena- they're being so unfair to people for no fault of theirs

i know yaar the proofs are good idea, but wat good it serves if it didnt serve the original purpose which was to NOT get a rejection letter, one can always improvise after the rejection letter has been received. But the scary part is that they didnt acknowledge the fact that information or proof were sent to them by the party!!!

Which makes me think that all of us sending them the proofs are all susceptible to CHC-i's wrath!

The funny part is, they never show any objection BEFORE sending out the objection letter- i.e. after wasting so many months (right before PPR or re-pcc etc). If some documents are missing, or they are not convinced, they should let the applicant know when the file is first opened or sent to chc-i so a person knows what all they need to send or where they're going wrong! Taakey beech ke months mein they can send more proof etc

I also have three PCC from three countries,, there is nothing wrong but if you mention about ur stays in countries more than 6 month and u dont provide pcc then they really bother u till you provide them. That was the reason that it took my case long. The best thing is not to mention that you are gone or have stayed somewhere else and renew your passport and send it to them, problem solved..
