i have question my case filed on 19 april 2013 i got aor on 3 may2013.today i recived mail from missisauga that my case has been send to new dehli office.why my file is going new dehli as i m pakistani.should we contact them???.its wife case and my husband lives in vancour.please reply me.

yeah u should contact dem becuz this will slow ur process n delay even more. Call asap n tell dem this so ur case can be either transferred to pakistan or ottawa.

I know there was nothing for my husband and I please pray for us as I'm loosing hope with CHC now.

I received an email yesterday morning from CHC ISB, they appoligized for the delay and said it was due to receiving the re-medical
results from ND office. They mentioned that they are waiting for me to send the the renewed Quebec Selection Certificate
and as soon as they receive this they will release my husbands passport to him. I am waiting to get the certificate from Immigration
Quebec, only ALLAH SWT knows how long it will take for them to send it to me and then I send a copy to CHC ISB and my hubby.
CHC ISB only gave me 45 days to comply!!! I pray that I get the certificate this week so I can send it them ASAP!

I dont know how long after CHC ISB receives my certificate that they will return my husbands passport, they always forget to mention that LOL!

When you receive this send it by fax along with File # Name and Birthdate to CHC leave nothing to chance.

I have question regarding medical processing in Pakistan. I asked IOM that how long they take to send results to CHC and they said 5 Days.
Can anyone please confirm this statement because I think they send results to New Dehli in 5 Days.
How long New Deslhi takes to final medical and return to CHC Islamabad?

My husbands pass port expires in September I hope he gets it back soon

I hope so too for you Ishaak. I will pray you get it back soon In Sha Allah. But it doesn't hurt to get it renewed to you know. My husband had to renew his as it expired so it was another wait for nothing.
I pray Allah helps us all In Sha Allah.

My husband got them done in January 2013 and CHC received them at the end of January 2013. I hope this helps In Sha Allah

I received the following reply for my email. I would greatly appreciate if anyone can let me know what is a difference between Immigration officer and Decision Making officer. Also they mention that they are following first inn and firs out policy which is a completely wrong because my file was transfer back in Aug 2011 and there are ppl who already got visa even when they applied after me.

I got soo sick and tired of waiting i decided to go to the MP today its going to be 6 months since my husband sent his passport soo i went to JOHN MCKAY and talked to his secertary and she goes to me ohh its soo sad tht they took this long but i can only do an inquiry and stuff and i am just looking at her soo she has gave me a weeks time lets see wht lame excuse they give now

No this isn't so as if you pay a bit more you can get it renewed in a few months.

I think my husband it took 80 days.

even if u pay extra they still take 5 -6 months i have cousins tht r waiting for their passport return and they have been waiting for 5 mnths and i dont want to wait for another 5 mnths its better it these assholes start working bastards

LOL, I think all us Canadians should go to CHC Islamabad and have a proper demonstration show them a thing or two.
