so co signer mean the person who receive it or the one who deliver it.because if you see in the datail it is not delivered yet.

in that case i think cosigner is the one who delivered the mail.the reason i am saying it that it says that it is not delivered yet .so i donot know.lets hope for the best.and their is no other number for sialkot i guess.this is the only mail that delivered to sialkot.

In my opinion, consignee is the person who is suppose to receive mail(or consignment). The sender is called consignor
