Dose anyone know how long it takes for backgroumd checks? chc isb emailed back my hubby saying that they recieved our docs on april 19 2012 and backgrounds checks are underway....

I called my DMP they said they can resend the med results if embassy ask them to resend!!!!!AND new delhi med officer said we can trace it if embassy ask us to trace it ..WE can't do it on applicant's request !!SO now going to fax,email.letters.tcs,MP will write letter etc etc ..SO hope fully they 'll find it ASAP INShaALLAH ...Keep me remember in ur prayers!!!

I think I officially belong to the same boat as Danny Brother and others i have read about on this forum. I just got an email after sending mind boggling emails to the embassy. In the email they replied back they sent us the medical and one other request form on March 18, 2012, but we never received anything. its almost 2 months now.

Any ideas what to do next...? Any advise...????????????????????????????

My wife's file is in process from March 5th, 2012. So it's been over 2 months now since it got in process. How did u go to the MP...Did u just send an email to the MP or just went to their office.

no my hubbi take an appointment then
he went to hiz office n he tell him everything n also MP read my NOTES
N EMAIL my hubbi copy all there CHC I emails reply n NOTES so he looked it
& then he send a email to CHCI n wid in 3 4 days CHC I reply to MP that they send
me PPR+REMED in coming days but thiz reply is same as CHCI is given to me as well
so lets wait n watch when they send me a request cz they never send me a request yet!they
send me in coming days n my ecase status was changed in 29 feb 2012 n i m just waiting i dont know
why they hold my letter widout any reason ..ALLAHUMDULILHA my background is clear ..

Hopefully I guess GOD/Fate has a reason for everything....... But i hate the reason for its not even ur mistake or they dont even wanna rectify it when its very simple

That's what i think too.... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D I guess u stop worrying about sth it has a way to solve ur problem. But there is so much we can do anyways. Its not in our hands to correct the system. That's all we have to stay positive and hope for the best in future.
