To withdraw sponsorship application, in the email to CPC Mississauga I need to put "The date you sent your application; " I dont really remember the exact date. How can I find out this date?

If possible, can someone send me a message with the answer becuase I might not be on the forum..

Try working it out and Be happy. I kno its hard but it will be twice as hard her ur wife... after all she is a women.
